FAQ’s

Do you hire in my state?

We are not currently doing business with companies located in the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon or Wisconsin.

Is Arise Virtual Solutions a member of the Better Business Bureau?

Yes.

I am already enrolled in an opportunity but would like to enroll in another one. Is this possible?

You can enroll in another opportunity as long as the class times do not conflict.

What should I do if I will be on vacation for some of the days of a client opportunity class?

Unfortunately, 100% attendance is required. Try to find an opportunity that you will be able to attend every session.

How does my call center company get paid?

Service revenue is paid twice a month via direct deposit to your company’s bank account. Service revenue is calculated based on the currently governing statement of work between Arise and your company.

What is the monthly service fee?

Call center companies incur a Monthly Service Fee immediately following their agent’s successful completion of their client certification opportunity. This fee is applied for each agent and is not negotiable. The fee is not applied on registrants who are in the registration process or on agents who are not yet servicing.

The Arise service fee of $39.50 (19.75 per invoice period) per month is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and StarMatic® scheduling system.

Additionally, your IBO(if you are not one) will have to charge a fee to cover their business costs.

Does Arise or my IBO cover any costs of my equipment?

No, any equipment you purchase is your investment towards your working from home success.

How long are the training courses?

Certification courses can last from a few days to 8 weeks, depending on the client application.  Each company has the class requirements that are located on page 2 of the announcement.

Do I get paid during training?

No Service Revenue payments are made to your Independent Business while you are in certification unless your client has a nesting period for which your Independent Business will receive payment for that nesting period.

If a certification incentive is outlined in the opportunity announcement, your Independent Business may expect payment on the schedule outlined in the opportunity announcement.

Do I have to have a separate office?

A separate room or office is preferred. The goal is to prevent any background noise and distractions. You should not have any music, television, or children/family sounds in the background at all. Our clients expect a quiet, professional work environment.

How do I choose a client to service?

You can view opportunities on the Arise Portal on the home page.  If you don't have the Welcome letter,  AVA can connect you to an Enrollment Specialist.
